The good things- Established curriculum from Newcastle UK (all teaching materials are shared), - Use advanced learning and teaching platforms (OMBEA, Blackboard etc), - Opportunities for professional development (fully subsidised for postgraduate certificate, partially subsidised for diploma level) - Generous remuneration package and perks, - 2 months bonus with good performance, 1 month minimum, - Beautiful environment - Great students! (as student selection is stringent)
The challenges- Shared office room for a number of staffs (due to lack of office rooms) - Marking exam papers in short notice occasionally
