4. Pantry and small café area (garden) are available
The challenges1. Cut cost recently, eg: deduct medical benefits, etc
2. No more outsourced vendor, left in house food caterer that still need to be improve, on the food quality, freshness, food variety, etc
3. The change of management (many old ppl left and a lot of new joiners), many new and contradict directions, culture is changing
4. Slow career progress, willing to hire outsiders instead of promoting existing employees.
5. Many people is thinking to leave
