    Work for 6 years no any promotion and increment. Those who friend with boss and won't do work will get best employee.

    The challengesEvery things is cut cost, not using original part from vendor. Management need output but not provide good quality of spare parts.

    The good thingsSalary is on time and we do have Meal subsidy is available
    The challengesCut cost. Need to do job not equivalent to once position. Lots of people resigned but cannot do the hiring.

    Used to be a good company but it starts to change now...
    The good things1. Salary on time 2. Meal subsidy is available 3. Free parking 4. Pantry and small café area (garden) are available
    The challenges1. Cut cost recently, eg: deduct medical benefits, etc 2. No more outsourced vendor, left in house food caterer that still need to be improve, on the food quality, freshness, food variety, etc 3. The change of management (many old ppl left and a lot of new joiners), many new and contradict directions, culture is changing 4. Slow career progress, willing to hire outsiders instead of promoting existing employees. 5. Many people is thinking to leave

    Immature management lately
    The good thingsSalary quite good. Benefits average.
    The challengesManagement now became troublesome. Disturb shift employees. Unfair much compared to normal employees. Took many advantages lately. Will see in future what’s their plan. They shuld be grateful, shift employees is the main role in a factory. We produce outputs. No wonder many resigns,especially ‘orang lama’.
