    The good thingsGive a chance to get the experience. The more you know people inside, more your chance to get in there.
    The challengesColleague will friendly at the first, but then will show their real attitude. Always say something badly of their friend at the back. Not sincere friendship. Keep in touch just for their own benefits of work. So many politics. Sweet talk with boss to get some extra benefits. The top management didn't appreciate whatever the staff done. Bonus too low. No increment even after 5 years working and always use a reason the staff did not perform, even they do many things until the project run smoothly.
