    The good things1. Good working environment and culture 2. Colleagues are willing to support and teach 3. Training and opportunities provided
    The challenges1. No work-life balance, due to yearly schedule mostly need to work during weekends and public holidays 2. High work load and less man power 3. Take long time to deal with many team to solve the issues 4. Hard to be promoted, need to always outstanding (activities is one of it) in front of manager/high management then will only get the chance 5. No bonus (only for manager and high position)

    The good thingsOpen concept working structure. Many helpful colleagues around to guide you. Suitable place for fresh graduates to start their first job as it's a fast paced and brings new challenges everyday. You'll definitely grow there in terms of skills and experience. The working culture there is very free and easy. Not much restrictions as long as you get the job done. Many events held which gives the workplace a very fun atmosphere to work in.
    The challengesYou face different challenges everyday. At times it may be tough but you'll definitely get through with the help of your seniors and managers. The benefits are good but promotion is worth the effort and the spent.
