Its nice to work in a year or two with supportive teammates and that's how manageable it is.
The good thingsFriendly team members and good environment.
The challengesWorkload is more than your pay. Its nice to have experience for a fresh grad but it does not have any career progress.

Overall, the company offers below-average salaries compared to the market, yet it expects employees to deliver high-quality results. There is a lack of bonuses for staff below the manager level, and the internal structure can be confusing and disorganized.
The good thingsOne of the positive aspects of NielsenIQ is the flexibility it offers employees.
The challengesAnnual KPI increases, poor work-life balance. Despite paying low salaries, they consistently demand high levels of performance.

A good start for fresh graduate
The good thingsThe environment and people especially in the (Sunway Geo) office is incredibly amazing. More or less this company a bit university-like-system. Have activities that you can join and stuffs. The medical benefit covers in&outpatient (dental also covered yeay!). Love the casual dress code too!
The challengesNo bonus given to executive and below, they only give this to manager and above(not fair tbh). OT can only be claimed once 4 hours completed, else you do OT for nothing. Limited chance for growth because they will based more on some sort of management program internally.

Good start and exposure for fresh graduate
The good thingsGood employee benefits (work from home etc.) Tonnes of good support from colleagues and no politics. Get to work with colleagues from other countries.
The challengesThe manager would ask to do adhoc work but without providing guidance (and manager has no experience). Have to be very independent and ask from colleagues or online resources.

The good things- Flexible work time - Consider a good salary only for fresh graduates
The challenges- No increment, unless you join useless activities other than your work - No bonus (ONLY FOR MANAGERS AND HIGHER POSITION) - No OT claim for weekdays (consider you need to work free for nielsen) - No growth opportunities in this company.

    Awesome work environment
The good thingsI've had a lot of opportunities to learn and grow in the time I was working here - from different learning opportunities to on-the-job learning, being able to try different things and find my niche, which was great as a fresh graduate. Along with this was the flexibility and freedom to do things independently with little supervision. The people here are also fantastic - supportive, open and fun to work with.
The challengesGrowth into a new role (vertically or horizontally) is a bit slow and if you're in a role where you are supporting the business, it is especially slow.

A company good to work with good exposure
The good thingsThe company have a lot of opportunities to learn new things as they don't have much restrictions on the employee itself. For example, we can modify the work flow processes, scripts and initiate optimization project on our own. The overall culture is really good as majority of the employees here are fresh graduate and it's good to work with people with different mindset.
The challengesThe challenges that I faced in this company is due to the enormous work load. They also appreciated employees who joined learning programs and made these programs a must in order for one to get promotion. It's hard to join these programs especially when you're having tons of Business As Usual (BAU) work.

The good thingsPeople from different background come together and share their experience, knowledge which in turn helped me pursue opportunities that are available. Other than the normal work, I've also had chances to learn new things and doing tasks for other departments as well.
The challengesWhen it's busy then it's busy but when it's free, its very free.

    Fast Pace
The good thingsIt is a very fast pace company with constant changes expected. Colleagues work closely together to achieve company objective. You will learn a lot, especially for fresh graduates. Colleagues are close to each other and help each another.
The challengesAs this is one of the world largest MNC market research company, they always strive to maintain at the top. Therefore the expectation from employees is very high. Deadlines are tight especially during production time, the operation team had to work day & night to meet deadlines to deliver to clients. Because the company wants to earn more revenues & look good in front of clients, they imposed such unreasonable deadlines that drive many employees mad. They don't show because they still need the job, but deep down they are very stressful. I hope the management will look back into what really matters, business profit or employee welfare. Both must be at balance, without employee working for you, your revenue will not come in as well, always remember, without them, the company don't exist.

    Its a good start, but
The good thingsIt’s a good stepping stone for fresh graduates with no experience at all, they’ll provide a very good training and also a very high basic salary for fresh grads. There is no hierarchical tension within the company, and the workplace is fun.
The challengesBonus is only for senior manager and above, there is no OT claims for weekdays, have to work on weekends sometimes, working hours have to be flexible sometimes, very small room of career advancement (unless you’re very active in participating/organizing programmes/activities).
