    The good thingsYou can learn a lot of different type of knowledge. Swapping role and department is allowed as long as manager allow Company culture is very flexible and environment is ambient
    The challengesAppraisal quite low despite of yearly increment KPI easily get affected by unexpected stuff Promotion is solely depend on manager decision, instead of your KPI and performance
