    Not working friendly environdment
The good thingsRegistrar is so kind. Period.
The challengesThe manager is not good at giving instructions. The manager expects to be able to understand what is on his mind without having to be asked. The manager is also not good at communicating well with the staff. Every task that is given makes the staff hesitate to ask because the manager is very arrogant in giving instructions. The manager is also too strict to the point of always watching the employees do their work on the computer. The manager also expects the staff to be good at doing all the tasks without having to ask anything. Working with staff that been working here forever is so tiring because they never accept your opinion. Only their opinion does matters. They are so arrogant to the fact that they been working here for so long so they know all the systems goes.

Workplace challenges include frequent travel, poor leadership, and ineffective management. There is no proper reward or disciplinary system, and office gossip and bureaucracy make tasks difficult. Employees lack motivation, and managing a diverse workforce is challenging. Management prioritises quick results over staff well-being, leading to high turnover due to delayed confirmations and manpower shortages. Expectations are unrealistic, yet training is inadequate. Staff are often forced to work late beyond official hours, and leaving on time is criticised. Weekly targets are strict, with failure leading to punishment. There are no clear SOPs, and tasks are assigned based on gut feelings. Micromanagement is common, requiring employees to report every detail of their work daily.
The good thingsThe main challenges include poor leadership, unfair work conditions, high staff turnover, and low morale. Employees face long hours, unrealistic expectations, and little training.
The challengesOffice politics, bureaucracy, and unclear procedures slow things down. Micromanagement adds stress, with staff constantly monitored and reporting every detail of their work.

A Workplace Slowly Plunging to Its Death
The good thingsIt has lush greeneries and a calm atmosphere. There's ample parking space for everyone.
The challengesWhere do I start? From the beginning, I felt like I was hired just to test the water. Overall student intake is low and somehow the lecturers are blamed. The marketing department staff are forever changing so there isn't anyone to consult on certain matters. The 'atas uncles' have differing opinions and this shows when I talked to them. In terms of career progression, I don't see any staff growing exponentially. The staff are leaving one after another and the rest are left with heavy teaching load. One class can even have one student! How is this productive?? Not to mention, the HR is slow at work and the ketua is not approachable. I've been with other more established universities and NU isn't up to par. Not even close.
