    The work environment was challenging, with limited support and trust
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with the colleauge, before the management change
    The challenges I encountered significant challenges with the work environment. The culture was highly competitive and lacked transparency, which made collaboration difficult. There was minimal support for employees, and it often felt like you had to protect your own interests without expecting assistance from leadership. Trust was a major issue, as internal politics and lack of accountability created an atmosphere where loyalty was rare. These factors impacted morale and made it hard to thrive professionally."

    don't join export operation team u will hate it
    The good thingsSince 2017 i been work in the office with good supervision of 2 seniors, from 0 i learn export operation, they guide me well
    The challengesTop management play favor with the current export supervisor who lead the team not qualified to be a team leader push all the work loads to new joiner and few left senior staff. unhappy working environment, i don't recommend for new joiners who want to learn about operation.

    The good thingsVERY HARMONY WORKING ENVIRONMENT.. SOMETIMES I REGRET RESIGNING FROM THIS COMPANY. EVEN THE SALARY PAYMENT LOW, BUT THE TOP MANAGEMENT IS PROFESSIONAL, WITH NO PERSONAL ATTACK, AND THEY LOVE TO DISCUSS TO FIND SOLUTIONS. NOT SHOUTING TO SUBORDINATE :)
