The good thingsan organisation that respects human values, work life balance, very strongly holding to ethical business practises and gives you the accountability for what you are responsible to deliver. a company that is very diverse and multiculturual, promotes inclusiveness beyond cultural, gender & language differences.
The challengeschanges are made very often and keping up to the pace is very challengging. Some changes are so frequent that getting over the learning curve is a routine exercise.

    Nokia (before MIcrosoft takeover)
The good thingsEverything! The workplace, the wages, the benefits, the staff engagements with HR, the management is friendly and down-to-earth, work life balance. You won't mind working extra hours at this company and you won't even complain about it because it is just so enjoyable, flexible and LOTs of exposure and career growth excitement! Management are really supportive!
The challengesIf only MIcrosoft did not takeover and changed everything, enough said.

The good thingsGood collaborative environment. Your voice is heard and very flexible working environment. Work from home is allowed and work-life balance is very important to management.
The challengesToo many reorganizations in too short span of time (every 6 - 8 months). A lot of work gets put on hold while new organization structure takes shape. Top management need to listen to down-line staff.
