What’s it like working at Nokia?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Nokia employees appreciate the good work environment with friendly and supportive colleagues, as well as the work-life balance offered through flexible working hours and the ability to work from home. They value the opportunities for learning and career growth, and the good benefits provided, including allowances and healthcare. Nokia also promotes diversity and inclusion, respecting human values and cultural differences.

However, some employees find it challenging to keep up with the frequent changes and reorganisations within the company. There are concerns about resource management, with limited resources available to complete projects within given timeframes, potentially leading to overtime. Employees recognise the need to continuously improve their skills to keep up with the demands of the job. Additionally, there are instances where management decisions may not align with team decisions, causing conflicts and making some roles feel irrelevant.
