1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
Great place to build foundation and build resume
The good thingsYou are encouraged to wear many hats, gain knowledge and insight beyond your role, develop multiple skills and areas of expertise to enhance your resume. Management is flexible when it comes to considering alternative work arrangements such as flextime and job sharing. Travelling claims are always processed quickly and advance given prior to travelling is very helpful. Training and hands-on experiences given regularly
The challengesCommunicating with foreign suppliers outside working hours can be challenging especially if you have to catch up with short datelines. Seems attractive to those who look forward to travel overseas on assignment. Most tasks are learnt through experience and practice but its ok since manager actively oversees everyone’s work progress on daily basis.
