The challengesHigh level management always gives last minutes task and as staff should be responsible to handle every task and clarify it in good manner.. Supervisor always chase due date and we as a staff must complete it before end date given. Feel stress when all format of admin should be created by my self without supervision and end of the day high level manager will ask to re- do and again.
