Great working place and company to grow the career path
The good thingsThere's team work and collaboration to work together. The Managements and Managers are understanding and appreciates the hard work given to the work. Whilst the Seniors are willing to teach the junior and share experiences to the least experience. This company is a good company to build up every employees career and experiences as it provide wide and great exposure.
The challengesThe only challenges in the company is the IT programming use is not widely well-known so it's pretty hard to expand the company with more recruitments.
