    Toxic Management!!!!!
The good thingsThe colleagues are awesome daebak !!!!
The challengesThis company is poorly managed and extremely disappointing to work for. It is a family business, where decisions are unprofessional and everything is focused on cutting costs. Employees are constantly overworked because there are not enough staff, yet management refuses to hire experienced seniors for proper guidance. Instead, they appoint family members with little knowledge as HOD. The HOD did not even understand basic reporting, survey, documentation and showed no interest in learning and never ask from experienced staff. The company shows little respect to employees. Often scold staff (maki) and release their anger unfairly. Overtime is frequently required but didn’t paid, and leaving on time is criticized. Due to these toxic conditions, most employees cannot last more than 7 months. This workplace is stressful, unfair, and highly unprofessional. Plus, the toxic is management not the staff !! Last but not least, think wisely not twice. Thank you.

    Challenging environment
The good thingsColleagues are great, and the location is quite great near Aeon, so you can roam around a lot during lunch.
The challengesIf you want to be a town planner here, you deserve to know that you will have no senior to guide you. It is an empty-shell department. The resignation rate for the SIA and town planner teams is high, and this happens because people cannot stand the management. Since the original team of Sia (those who works here for years) left, no one in this department has stayed for more than a year. Mostly left less than 6 months. As a planner, you will deal with management quite a lot, and they will give you tons of headaches. The boss will call you almost everytime he presents in the office for hours, a lot of it for things that is not even important. You will hear a lot of “bad stuff” about other staff especially ex employees. Which also means, they also gossip behind your back and in front of other employees. So, good luck.

Salary is not up to date with the current market.
The good thingsA good platform to learn, especially for fresh graduates.
The challengesPoor and petty management. Last-minute instructions were always given without any help to figure things out. Family business, so you can already imagine how the management runs. Micromanaging at it's best. Salary wise, I would say it's too low & not worth it. Don't downgrade your basic to work here.

This company used to be great, however now it is just full of unrealistic expectations and rules. They want to follow big corp system but salary doesn’t fit the narrative
The good thingsIf you are fresh graduate and willing to learn from 0, this is a great place to start.
The challengesA family business and now handled by non-experience and lousy general manager. This company used to be great under MD wings but after his daughter taken control, everything is mess up. Salary is too low. To compare with other Envi Companies, NRI is too way back.

Decent place to gain experience, but management makes everything harder than it needs to be
The good thingsColleagues are awesome. Have such a fantastic team
The challengesThe management is terrible, constantly micromanaging, no pay for overtime. Monitor everything with CCTV during work hours and make foolish decisions. New memo every week with no discussion, and honestly, if you don’t have a strong mindset, don’t even bother coming here.

can be a good place to learn from scratch from bottom to the top but has no career development for the long term.
The good thingsThe working environment is good and happening with colleagues
The challengesManagement & Family Business 1. The boss tends to be a micro-manage every single part of work (stress) 2. All the families work in the same building and are involved in the management's decision-making. 3. U need to become fast-paced, fast learning, and 'can do' culture everything 4. Sometimes the boss will call you even after the working hour (be careful)

    Comfortable working experience
The good thingsThe working environment is good and the staff is friendly. Teamwork is great.
The challengesI hope the company could improve more on employee salary. If not provide compensation for over-time workers and provide an allowance for outstation purpose.
