    good working place to work if you are into services.
    The good thingsworking from home or hybrid, multiple os environment and multyple database to work with.
    The challengesworing for really long hours, oncall on weekend, acting as queue manager really hard, if no one pickup high priority ticket you as queue manager need to work on that high priority ticket..

    The challengesMy workscope permanently base at client office. Not to get to meet others at company. No team building activity. Staff Benefit to review for more betterment. Should review overtime rate on year to year basis and should comply with client base fee to company.

    The good thingsWe've got diversity of culture and different people working at NTT all around the world. And that's what I also love about NTT. At NTT DATA, we are also building a culture of recognition. That means recognizing employees for all their contributions to the team, both big and small. When employees feel truly valued, they’re more engaged and productive. Learning and training is also available for each new technology.
    The challengesHighly skilled people work and stay longer with the company but nowadays, it is quite difficult to attract new talents because the salary and benefits is not too competitive compared to other Tech companies.

    The good thingsIn one other posts I saw the below points and I would like to add my opinions 1.Positive re-structuring. My foot. More people hired but no one is capable or competent. 2. Clearer direction and objective - i m sure you got companies confused. there is nothing like that here 3. more people with the right attitude and skill - that's true, but even more people with just bad attitude

    The good thingsPositive re-structuring. Management become more professional in handling staff. Fair treatment (bonus give-out, salary adjustment and etc) to all staff based on expertise and experience of individual. Clearer direction and objective for the company going forward. We have more people with the right attitude and skill. Colleague and superior understanding with family matter especially for parents.

    This is a place where you will be squeezed to work yourself out of your life. You will not have extra time to attend the training and the increment and bonus is not competitive in the market.

The management and consultant are very cooperative and easily approached. Management and bosses are willing to assist you if there are any difficulties and teach you.
    The challengesThis company really show what is defined by a \"high-pace\" environment\". As a recruiter, getting a skill-set related to SAP is hard to find. You must be able to adapt to the project requirement and needs.
