The challengesThe manage will sometimes not willing to spent money on equipment ahead of time even that it is necessary.
As a hosting company, pre-invest should be quite necessary but some of the time its does not happen in that way.
Some times need to deal with Japanese customer that has very high demand on every single detail & less flexibility.
