Our company has started an evolution in beauty and health products, prioritizing Islamic and teamwork concepts. We employ almost 100 staff and over 10,000 agents/distributors in Malaysia and Singapore.

    Toxic culture from management
    The good thingsOther than the management, the staff are good and perform really well. Can achieve up to 40mil sales per year
    The challengesMicromanaged staff, blaming culture, every morning everyone in the production will have a roll call just to be yelled by the manager. Wrong decisions made by upper management will be blamed to us staff. Huge sales but no benefit for staff.
