    AI summary of recent reviews

Nutri Food & Packaging offers some positive aspects including five-day work weeks with weekends off, supportive management who show flexibility, and a facility equipped with comprehensive manufacturing equipment for metal container production.

However, the company faces operational challenges including frequent machine breakdowns and maintenance issues, pressure from short lead times, and limitations from centralised decision-making at headquarters. Employees also note that compensation could be more competitive for the work performed.

Veteran management should serve as advisor but no authority in decide how the company should perform and runs the business.
The good thingsAlmost full equipment gather from few plant invested by HQ in Singapore for years in Malaysia - All metal containers can be produce.
The challengesLess interest in continue investment as technology in the industry advanced and high speed. Lack of sensitive feeling of the market of the plant being in and other related costs to produced and deliver the goods to compete in the market. No effective strategy to claim big portion of the market. Did not look deep into the market they serve to advance further.

Good experience but too many jobs scope
The good thingsThe manager & assistant manager are kind. My role there have flexibility in time, not know how about others.
The challengesSalary not worth with our work, stressful of managing manpower, planner always chase after me, not proper office environment, got no HR & admin exec, everything will have to liaise with HQ till cannot make our own decision. Machines breakdown very frequent & takes long time to troubleshoot while customer chase products.
