    Salary increases modestly, not much work after MCO, safe environment.
    The good thingsThere are small salary increases every two years, and overtime opportunities have decreased significantly due to reduced production following the MCO. The 24/7 CCTV surveillance contributes to a safer environment by continuously monitoring all activities and conversations.
    The challengesThe management often fails to deliver on their promises. The manager exhibits a lack of confidence, which manifests in consistently demeaning and belittling behavior toward staff. As a result, the factory has acquired a negative reputation, making it difficult to recruit local employees. Consequently, the company has been forced to hire foreign workers, who frequently resign after a short period.

    The good thingsVery safe environment for the employees as there are many CCTV in the factory and manager glues her eyes on the CCTV all the time. Tiny bonus if you are lucky
    The challengesHigh turnover rate, terrible micromanagement. No employee can work here for more than 3 years. Management no respect of employees

    The good thingsMany job vacancies and OT for workers, good if you need money urgently. Salary is pay on time every month.
    The challengesNo career progression, not suitable for long term career planning. No work-life balance, have to standby to work on weekends, including Sundays. Unnecessary works are given for employees to do at home after work and on weekends. Very low salary.
