    Expose to multiple process units including utilities which provide ample engineering experience.
    The good thingsAlot of engineering experience. Just a matter of how willing you are to take the lead and charge.
    The challengesDon't expect to be spoonfed on becoming an engineer. Alot of exposure relies on own initiative and taking oppurtunities

    The challengesLanguage barrier Benefits and increments are not so good for experienced workers. Carrer growth is only for those who have good relationships with their bosses.
