    The good thingsFree travelling around Malaysia. Working at different shopping mall make you able to experience different culture and meet different kind of person everyday. In my memory, we once work at Cameron highland, genting highland, langkawi and few Sabah island for 1-2 weeks! Incentive and good leadership create a lovely working environment. You working for your own, no need to look at boss face.
    The challengesNeed to stand for long time. Highly competitive working environment. Had to work on weekend and public holiday causes Less time to spend with family. Furthermost, travel too often cause you might part away from home. Hard time to go thru when come to low market demand season or after festival season. For youngster is good, but not recommended for family wise person

    The good thingsManager taught a lot, request high quality of work. Temper of manager is not very well, have to stand the bad temper of him and i assume it as a threaten to make me grow faster and learn faster. Friendly staff and lots of friends and many things can learn from each others.
    The challengesTight deadlines, Head of Management always blame without knowing the whole story and whose fault.
