Low pay, unfair treatment, and minimal benefits.
The good thingsCan WFH with solid excuses
The challenges- Low pay and there's no increment after confirmation.
- no travel or meal allowance to SG (frequently).
- High turnover: Many employees resign—up to 3-4 in a single month.
- Bosses openly state employees are replaceable.
- Unfair pay: Some employees earn more despite having the same workload.

Better but still not the best.
The good thingsA lots of discussion over design matter. Positively good path for being a better design engineer. Teamwork, leadership and self confident is building up exponentially through the experience gained with this company.
The challengesImplement typical Malaysia company to benefit the employees.
