    OGP Konsult Pte Ltd was established in January 1998. We are chartered to be a specialist professional engineering, architectural and quantity surveying firm to serve clients in the institution, infrastructure, oil and gas, petrochemical, utilities and general industries. As part of our expansion plan, we have incorporated OGP Konsult as a private limited company in January 2008.We are guided by a set of core principles and values in conducting our business. It is this commitment that earned us the credibility among our customers and partners.

    The challenges- Low pay and there's no increment after confirmation. - no travel or meal allowance to SG (frequently). - High turnover: Many employees resign—up to 3-4 in a single month. - Bosses openly state employees are replaceable. - Unfair pay: Some employees earn more despite having the same workload.

    Better but still not the best.
    The good thingsA lots of discussion over design matter. Positively good path for being a better design engineer. Teamwork, leadership and self confident is building up exponentially through the experience gained with this company.
