    The good thingsGain so much exposure and knowledge from labours and also subcon. Learnt a lot in term of materials and their functions. Adapted to workload and working experience under pressure.
    The challengesEvery space allotted must be carefully examine and every workers must avoid mistakes in order to prevent unnecessary spending on materials used.
