    The good thingsI have started as Supervisor and become Area Manager in the organisation. its the company to grow your carrier. Good benefit and retention program were place. Happy environment and flexible shift to work.
    The challengesIts been a challenging task to set up and implement a very good system in the organisation. Making it a turn over from non performing shop into a well standard for customer and profitability for the organisation.
