    The good thingsAllow freedom for decision making, provide work and life balance, give access to parallel communication, earn trustworthy and accountability from my great employer, they always respect and treat others with fair and without bias. Overall, its a dream come true to work with a perfect employer.
    The challengesThe challenges is to adapt to the working behavior, culture and environment. However, long term benefits awaits once I get used to it. Furthermore, I need to keep my pace as par as them because the employees here are very manageable and organized.
