    INTERESTING PLACE TO WORK AND CHALLENGE
    The good thingsGood environment to work because no politic. Relation among staff are good. Team work among colleagues. Good support from oversea team. Lots of opportunity to learn. Many opportunity of continuous improvement can be done.
    The challengesDevelop a stable production process with investment on machine and equipment and monitoring control system. Training department is necessary for capture and retain the skill from being loss. Need to create a strong total preventive maintenance team. Need a proper HR to support all department.
