    The good thingsGood place to start a career in the semiconductor industry, a lot of learning opportunities - self discipline and high curiosity level is required to quickly learn the ropes, good place to learn and practice time management as tasks are aplenty and unpredictable, benefits comparable to other semiconductor industries
    The challengesDirection of company for the next 5 years is vague, merit based promotion is severely lacking, very few experienced or knowledgeable people capable of generating new ideas which will take the company to the next level, too many people in redundant positions or talent not fully utilized
