    The challengesVoluntary Separation Schemes (VSS) occur almost every quarter, creating a sense of job insecurity. The work environment pressure, work-life balance is limited, and employees often face extended working hours.

    The challengesDirection of company for the next 5 years is vague, merit based promotion is severely lacking, very few experienced or knowledgeable people capable of generating new ideas which will take the company to the next level, too many people in redundant positions or talent not fully utilized
