    The challengesThe worst management I've ever worked with. Last-minute activities to complete the event while on medical leave. added tasks outside the scope of the job. the charge of staff incompetence will finally come.

    The good thingsthe company give medical benefit to the staff, although the salary is not in range within the market but I got new experience develop software with help by others staff from other department.
    The challengesthe company should give average salary based on market value, plus they need more people to growth the business.
