Great company but need to manage internal politics
The good thingsCompensation drive the behaviours and push to do the best to get better reward. Package is very good
The challengesToo much politics and many deadwood trying to control and maintain position by making other look bad instead of showing how good the deadwood is.

    Great Environment and Team
The good thingsPosition- Implementation Consultant - Good and understanding managers - Flexible time, you can plan your schedule ahead according to your needs - Good flex benefits such as optics/dental, insurance, gym membership subsidization, health check up, etc. - Your team is from around the APAC region, work with international people, sometimes US and EMEA as well. - Lots of learning and training opportunities, encouraged by Oracle. - Transparency in project cycle progress. Not kept in the dark.
The challenges- No salary increment at all regardless how many years you joined, unless you get promoted. No bonus as well. - Very hard to get promoted as well. Most people have been working for 5 years and above and remain stagnant. - Work process/ procedure is sometimes unnecessarily complicated, long lead times and customer complaining at you due to this.

    Unprofessional
The good thingsThey gave good benefits such as dental and optical.
The challengesThe working enviroment is completely unprofessional. The company is testing the waters selling their products to SME. They dont take into account that some markets this is not working. They put the whole team onto PIP instead of addressing this issue or helping these people. The leader they have in charge of enabling people doesnt understand any of the products.
