    A good platform to learn everything
    The good thingsAs we handled most of things, it is actually a good place to be a platform to acquire knowledge and skills. It is actually help me in building up my skills and market values.
    The challengesHowever because of that multitasking thingy, workers will find the workloads are unbearable sometimes. Employees benefits- not too much ,the salaries is quite low comparable to other company in the same industry. Work Culture- I wouldn't say it bad but because of their decision making is solely depending to top management. They tend to be reckless and forgot about employees' opinion and capabilities. The system are kinda old school and can't really accept new ideas.

    The good things10 % of the colleague are good.. Others are just bawang rangers
    The challenges-Super worst management -Super low benefit and salary -One man army.. everything u do -If business gain profit, the top management will change new car, but not giving employees bonus..

    The good thingsSome of the staffs were nice
    The challengesSome of the staffs have an immature character, always talking about other people while doing their job. The cleanliness of the manufacturing area is not fulfilling the required SOP. Some of the staffs did not do their job, and disappear anytime when they want to.
