    Good Experience Gained
    The good thingsCompany take good care of staffs' benefits (bonus, commission, yearly trip, several company's dinner, yearly profit sharing). Gained sales experience from direct selling, cold-calling, exhibition, demonstration of instruments. Learnt how to engaged with customers. Sales teaches me to be persistence, perseverance, discipline, punctuality, confidence, determination, persuasion and negotiation.
    The challengesManagement for applying medical leave, annual leave, maternity leave. Justifying job roles of each managers and director. Be clear on working hour from 8.30am to 5.30pm. Morning gathering once a month from 9am to 12pm.

    The good thingsGreat colleague and career development. We consist of small team of business and technical support that work closely. The company encourage personal development of their employee by providing a series of training. Orbiting is suitable for someone who love travelling and new challenges.
    The challengesEmployee must be willing to travel and work independently. But the company always help their employee to develop their skill and knowledge to help them become independent. Beside, one also need to balance between life and work because most of the time will be away for travelling.
