The challengesToxic & stingy Boss and Lady Boss, super low pay & super hight turnover, changed 9 HR in a year. 1 or 2 (maybe more) staff resigned is normal thing. Heavy job load. 1 person carry fews person job load. SOP keep changing by lady boss, no bonus. High-pressure and micromanaged. Management closely monitors tasks and performance, which some staff find stressful. Uneven treatment from management — staff who are favored may receive better treatment, while others feel unwelcome or poorly supported. Management style-old-school and emotionally driven, with limited openness to feedback. Poor opportunities for career development. Asking for Daily report. (must have)
