The good thingsFree parking at roadside only.
The challengesToxic & stingy Boss and Lady Boss, super low pay & super hight turnover, changed 9 HR in a year. 1 or 2 (maybe more) staff resigned is normal thing. Heavy job load. 1 person carry fews person job load. SOP keep changing by lady boss, no bonus. High-pressure and micromanaged. Management closely monitors tasks and performance, which some staff find stressful. Uneven treatment from management — staff who are favored may receive better treatment, while others feel unwelcome or poorly supported. Management style-old-school and emotionally driven, with limited openness to feedback. Poor opportunities for career development. Asking for Daily report. (must have)

Micromanaging! Plays favourism in everything! Low pay no matter how hard you work for them! They only want works to be done and doesn't care about you! Never get increments or bonus if you are not their favourite!

Opportunities for career development and SOP
The good thingsThe employer and team really help each other out in order the smooth the process. The employer even gives rewards with good attendance for every month and having an off day during your birthday.
The challengesThe management SOP keeps changing and everything is trial and error. In addition, not all departments know the SOP changes. Received a lot of complaints from clients as well other departments regarding the procedure. The opportunities for career development are very poor. The salary suitable for staff who lived nearby compare to commuting staff from other district.
