    ### **Summarise your experience in one sentence** A rewarding place for motivated salespeople, but be prepared to handle pressure and stay on your feet.
The good things### **The good things** OSIM is a well-known brand, and employees enjoy special staff discounts on products. Teamwork is generally strong, and supervisors are supportive and willing to train new staff. There are performance-based incentives and bonuses for those who meet or exceed sales targets.
The challenges### **The challenges** The job can be physically demanding due to long hours of standing, especially during peak sales periods. There is significant pressure to meet monthly targets, which sometimes requires working overtime. Some internal processes can be a bit rigid and slow.

    Organizational Culture
The good thingsAble to meet different types of working employees and managers. In order to tighten up the employee relationship company will organize a lot of festive events and recreation activities to staff. Besides that, company willing to spend on staff development program. So that, good performers will never miss the learning opportunity. Employee will receive customize wishes from HR team time-to-time.
The challengesThe challenge is staff must align with company direction without fail. Staff must comply all the rules had been set and no argument nor suggestion. Staff not allowed to loss one CENT at work and have to pay to their mistake. High expectation is way too challenging for non managerial staff. Other challenges are rigid organizational chart and office politic.

\"Family run business\" with international branding
The good thingsGood team work within inter departmental colleagues.
The challengesPoor management especially from the top as the company run more a less like a family run business even though it is international brand based from Singapore. Poor support from higher management team especially when dealing with crisis vs Gintell Malaysia when severe flood in southern Malaysia that caused damage to massage chairs & other items lead to complaints from users for high repair charges.
