The good thingsThe colleagues are good and friendly, willing to spend time to tell you where need to be more details. The environment is not bad, benefits also not bad.
The challengesAsking you do something when you cannot handle alone, sometimes instruction not very clear, you can understand well, but they think you cannot understand what you are doing. They want you to stay at office to finish your work after working hour, but the work is many and cannot finish in one day.
