    You get to understand the intricate details on how legal debt recollection really works. It's very interesting but due to how datelines provide pressure, the working environment is highly stressful.
    The good thingsYou get to understand how debt recollection works. On the other hand, what roles do technology plays when it comes to helping creditors locate their debtors. It's an interesting process and there is lots to learn.
    The challengesIt is very stressful. Not the good kind either. it's true that goals and targets can help set precedence in quality, but unrealistic expectations can demotivate even the best employees.
