    While the teamwork and colleague support were highlights, the lack of effective and professional leadership from certain HODs made the working experience challenging.
    The good thingsEven though we’re in different departments, one of the highlights of my experience has been working alongside such wonderful colleagues. There's one person in particular who always brings positive energy, offers help when needed, and treats everyone with respect.
    The challengesOne challenge I faced was the lack of effective management and leadership from the HOD. When issues arise, the HOD tends to shift responsibility by repeatedly asking subordinates for solutions, instead of providing proper guidance or taking ownership as a leader should.Additionally, some HODs tend to be emotionally reactive, raising their voices or scolding subordinates to assert their authority, which creates a stressful and discouraging atmosphere.

    The good thingsThe team leaders are great.Make us,newcomers feel so welcome.
    The challengesThey cut off few RM from my salary by claiming that they put in my KWSP account but it;s not there when I checked it.Not only that..the working environment is slightly bad. You can spend your lunch in the office but you cant listen to music.What is that?
