Good luck and have fun joining them, a good place you're here to learn things. Otherwise, haha.
The good thingsGood pay, decent benefits & okay ish bonus. Otherwise, I can't really think of.
The challengesThe management directions, no proper direction from higher management. Some days, you receive direction to focus this & some days they told you not to. Staff is not being appreciated, no thank you from the boss/ higher management. Everything is micro-managed by one most important person, you don't get to do your own. He likes your idea, great. If he thinks he has a better one, you have no say. Too much unnecessary meetings & events, the focus here is not hospital/ clinical based. 5.5 working days for everyone, no exceptions. Very messy structure, I can't write too deep on this.

Think twice before joining the Marketing/Sales Department
The good things- Gained exposure to healthcare marketing and hospital operations - Opportunities to contribute to campaigns, branding efforts
The challengesHR Communication: – Pre-employment communication lacked clarity and irresponsive – On the first day, basic details was unavailable, even the office location had to be clarified through the hospital guard Leadership and Team: – Team leader provided minimal support & interaction, leaving roles & expectations ambiguous, basically I only realized she's my leader until the very last day Workplace Culture: – Instances of unprofessional communication (e.g., Senior staff often use ironic words toward newly appointed manager, and he eventually left – Publicly humiliate colleagues in group chats & emails over minor mistakes, instead of providing feedback, chose to cc everyone in the department and posed it as a "gentle reminder" in the email with names clearly stated - Differential treatment toward contract staff, who were often excluded from meetings and access to company resources - High turnover rate Management Style: - Micro management from the CEO in group chat, giving out his "feedback"

Bad Culture and Mess Up Works
The good thingsThey can offer you high salary if they willing to accept your job application. Employee will be provided meal with subsidized price and free medical consultation.
The challengesPoor management and superior who could not support, respect and appreciate the subordinates. In the same team and among different departments, everyone are not cooperate to each other, NO TEAM WORK! Job pushing in hierarchy system, from top to the bottom. If you want to survive, make sure you are standing on the top!

Not a overloaded hospital, is a good place to learn.
The good thingsA good place to learn and gain experience. Not overloaded like other private hospital, only 220 bedded. Staffs here are easy to approach but sometimes could be quite passive. Quite open in handling customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis instead of scold staffs blindly.
The challengesHospital discharge operational flow can still be improve, at times customers not happy for the delay. Benefits for family member not so good, still pricy even though under staff dependent discount. Can provide a more incentive or allowance for staffs meal and other purchase such as supplement, physio items and shoes.
