    Paragon Private and International School, established in 2014, welcomed its first students to a purpose-built campus in Plentong in 2017. Our mission is to develop tomorrow’s leaders by nurturing each student’s body, mind, and spirit, equipping them with skills to shape the future. With integrated curricula, we prepare students to be globally-minded citizens. The campus hosts both Paragon Private School (Malaysian Syllabus) and International School (Cambridge IGCSE) across Primary and Secondary levels, featuring modern facilities like a pool, hall, auditorium, rooftop garden, library, and interactive learning spaces.

    It was a good experience but management wise and career growth weren't really helpful to continue working there. I can't see any hopes to become a teacher as they always find new employee instead of upgrading the old ones to a new position.
    The good thingsYou can gain more experience on how to handle students below 8 years old and encounters a lot of challenging situations.
    The challengesThe upper managements will always try to find your mistakes even though you did your job really well. Instead of discussing things through, they will pin point your mistakes.

    The good thingsPeople are friendly, and the school is very concern about academic achievement of students. School welfare benefit is good.
    The challengesThe school could provide more space for students to interact, to have fun during recess, and have more activities for them. All study and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Need to educate teachers and students about school core values through training sessions.
