The management do appreciate their staff - not calculative with claims/mileage/etc, and as per above title, other department staffs are treated pretty well - work is allocated well and work life balance is good.
The challengesJob allocation could have been better in the Finance department.
All departments could have better understanding of why procedures are set in place and adhere to it, instead of pushing said workload around.
People are uncooperative in terms of sharing of workload.
Idle net surfing and facebook/etc is rampant due to favoritism among managerial positions.
