    A PLACE TO START AND GROW
    The good thingsClearly as above states. Nothing can describes more about this place. You can easily perform in tasks given the opportunities and capabilities. Even if you fail, the staff here are ready to help. They are born leaders. Lead by example. This is the culture of this place. NO BOSSES ALLOWED.
    The challengesSometimes the work load here are huge and there seems not enough man to achieve target. There are times we go on a site walk together all day and there are times we all didn't even meet up for days due to complete own tasks at hand.

    The good thingsSports club activities are pretty enjoyable, no worries on stationary and basic benefits (dental!) The management do appreciate their staff - not calculative with claims/mileage/etc, and as per above title, other department staffs are treated pretty well - work is allocated well and work life balance is good.
    The challengesJob allocation could have been better in the Finance department. All departments could have better understanding of why procedures are set in place and adhere to it, instead of pushing said workload around. People are uncooperative in terms of sharing of workload. Idle net surfing and facebook/etc is rampant due to favoritism among managerial positions.
