    The good thingsSalary Pay on time, job secure
    The challengesPunctual - don't try to late clock in even 1 min, else will receive cautions or warning letter. Politics - need to know work smart and know play politics between employee and employers Follow instructions-just follow instructions, don't try share thoughts. ISO- don't have ISO process although with ISO title
