Sales Department - good place and kommission
The good thingsI learn a lot from my seniors and friends. How to manage sales and customer and also product information. Working time and place is okay as not like other shops. Finish work at 7pm. Start work at 10am. There is a praying place and pantry to eat. People are friendly and teach you if you ask them. Good komission if you are hardworking
The challengesSome customer very difficult. But some are very good. Got scold by customers for no reason. Others okay. Have to learn fast because customer ask a lot of questions.

WORK WITH GOOD PEOPLE, ENJOY TEAMWORK.
The good thingsLove working with a group of good people, we face challenges together and helping each other to complete a mission. Get full supports from management. Management emphasized in staff development, we have opportunity to learn what's out of our scope of responsibility too.
The challengesThe industry is changing too fast, the company need to change to adapt, everybody here need to keep learning and upgrade to catch up. Overall it's a challenging and fast paced working environment. If what you want is just a slow and steady job secure your paycheck, maybe it's not a place for you.

    MANAGEMENT NEED TO BE IMPROVE
The good thingsCan meet a group of good colleagues to help each other.
The challengesThough there are lack on few points, overall they are way bad than any other company i had work for 1. Monthly inventory count stock lost will be deducted from salary, don't have solve the problem of missing goods every month, only use the deduction of salary as the solution. 2. Long-term hiring of new hires leads to unstable work environment due to poor management. 3. No prior planning or preparation, always conduct sales events at last minute 4. Development is not clear 5. the company always blame other rather to confess their own mistakes Performance review is very subjective, a lot of time not focusing on what people has deliver but emphazing on relationship building or visibility.

    Good for part time job
The good things- Challenging environment - Very friendly immediate superior - Very energetic colleagues - Good pay as for a after SPMer - Gain knowledge on hardware, sales technique and storage control - Very nice annual dinner (if you manage to participate one) - Mistake is tolerable
The challenges- Only one rest day in one week - For each month, there will be one day where we need to come early for stock count, which is very tedious and lengthy works - High management is not so friendly and pushy - Slow increment
