    The good thingsMulticultural work environment and communication across the workflow without much problem. Safety compliances through award recognition & staff practices. Small team yet able to handle projects all around the country. Benefits and wage provided as per agreed terms.
    The challengesIntolerable office politics and unproductive work environment needlessly made by some individuals & groups to maintain their status quo. Low wage increments, management questioning overtime & claims for site staff. No work life balance for site staff lead to low site performance.
