The good thingsGet to learn new things about my job which i know will help me in the future. My supervisor has helped a lot in advising and teaching options on ways to improve my job. The working environment there is also peaceful and you are independent to settle your job.
The challengesWhen starting to learn new things, of course challenges arises. When starting to communicate to the other party but you need to know what you're communicating and not just empty talks. Therefore you need to read and do research first before executing something.
