    The good things- Salary always being paid on-time/never late and willing to pay OT as long you are willing to work overtime, so management is considered good. - Can learn a lot especially during project time such as project control, people management, and many other little things.
    The challenges- No work-life balance because progress is more important and people view you to be more hardworking if you can work overtime and take up many tasks. - Unable to apply technical knowledge unless you are in a senior/manager position and engineering department from the HQ. - Lack of career growth and advancement, plus long working hours (48hrs/week) without overtime.
