    Executive All LevelsPositive: As a listed company, it carries a strong reputation and gives the impression of stability and scale. Negative: However, there are ongoing management issues — the frequent hiring of high-level managers who lack the necessary experience has led to resource wastage. Decision-making often appears driven by internal politics and personal preferences rather than merit or strategy. There is no two-way evaluation system — only superiors assess the staff, but the superiors themselves are not held accountable despite underperforming. This creates an imbalanced and demotivating environment. The company tends to offer higher pay to external hires rather than recognizing and rewarding loyal internal staff, leading to low morale and a sense of undervaluation among existing employees.

    The challengesDealing with bosses who unable to provide clear direction and proper guidance but hammering for improvement. Not the right place for professional from well established background as you can’t sell your ideas but end up doing the same.

    The challengesNot enough parking space at the roadside. Need to park far from office & compete with other nearby company staff if you are late. Good side you don't need to exercise after work because you already have your brisk walk to the parking area.

    Not a place to work due to no proper support from management. Bad company benefits.
    The good things1. Can learn many many things related to manufacturing, quality study, handling of workers, sweet talking and forcing operators to work. 2. HR always help boss but not you.
    The challenges1. 3 engineers to handle production improvement, logistics packaging, production cycle time, company layout. 2. Lack of career development training. 3. No proper direction guidance. Expect you already know. 4. No benefits. 5. Long working hours. Law = 45 hrs, on paper = 44.75 hrs, Actual > 48 hrs due to boss expect you to work late. 6. See problem as solution. 7. No clear direction for career development.
